Initially a family based business established in 1992, Brookmost Pty Ltd's core business is generated from the serving of legal process and the completion of repossession assignments.

 We are current members of the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals, Association of Investigators & Security Professionals, Australian Institute Private Detectives and the Institute of Mercantile Agents and as such have agreed to abide by the institutes' code of conduct and code of ethics.

Primary Objectives

Our primary objectives are:

• To provide a professional, cost effective process serving and repossession service to our clients.
• Client satisfaction is paramount and we will strive to always be aware of our client needs. 

Location

We have offices conveniently located in both the Melbourne and Dandenong Central Business Districts and have a wide network of agents Australia wide.

Agents

We have over ten years experience in Process Service and conducting Repossessions.  All of our agents are fully licenced and are of a professional manner.

We provide a system that supports our employee/agent's excellence so that their work is performed to the highest professional standards.  All employees and agents are supported with appropriate resources and training in their responsibilities and industry requirements.

Brookmost has established a wide network of agents nationally and as such have the ability to handle assignments issued anywhere in Australia.

Communication

We pride ourselves on the ease in which clients can contact any member of our team.  We can be contacted by phone, mail and/or e-mail.  An after hours number is also available to ease you through any problems or queries.

We are responsive to your needs and actively communicate with you as to the process at any stage of your matter.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality is paramount and we respect the sensitive nature of our services.  All employees and agents are trained in the National Privacy Principals.

In March 2002 our company implemented the industry based quality assurance system - Professional Practices Management Systems and has a continuous improvement policy.
