A field call (door knock) will confirm if the subject still resides at the address. Should the subject still be at the address the subject will be interviewed as to his/her current financial situation and ability to pay the debt. A demand for payment will be made and we will attempt to obtain current contact numbers for the subject. A full description of the premise (including photos if requested) is included with our report thus allowing you the client to fully assess whether further legal action is necessary.

Depending on the nature of the debt (and your instructions) our agent will attempt to complete a Financial Statement and ‘Offer of Repayment’ with the subject.

If the subject has vacated the address the current occupants and neighbours will be interviewed in an attempt to gain any information that may assist with locating subject’s current whereabouts.

Once all pertinent information is obtained a complete report will be provided to your office.
