Kieran Monaghan
MANAGING DIRECTOR & NOMINEE
Kieran Monaghan is the Managing Director and nominee for Brookmost Pty Ltd and is actively involved with the Institute of Mercantile Agents. He is the current President of the Victorian Division of the Institute of Mercantile Agents Ltd and past President-Finance of the Institute of Mercantile Agents Ltd and has been awarded a “Fellow Membership”. Kieran is also a member of the Australian Institute of Credit Union Management (AICUM).
Kieran has completed a Cert III in Investigative Services, Cert III in Financial Services and a Diploma in Financial Services (FNSCONV503A), IMA Privacy Compliance Course, ACA Professional Practices Management System Foundational Training Course.
Kieran’s experience in the collection industry has spanned over 20 years and has previously seen him hold various management positions with a variety of institutions including Banks, Credit Unions Mercantile Agencies and Finance companies.
Michelle Monaghan
GENERAL MANAGER
Our General Manager, Michelle Monaghan completed a certificate for Private Agents, Process Serving and Debt Collector’s training in 1995 and has worked in the debt collection area since. She is also a qualified work place trainer and assessor and ensures that Brookmost Pty Ltd operates efficiently and maintains quality standards (as per Professional Practices Management Systems™).
Michelle is also an ACA PPMS™ CERTIFIED TRAINER. We are very proud of Michelle, as she has not only conducted training seminars for the industry on behalf of the Institute of Mercantile Agents, she has also instructed seminars in America on behalf of the American Collectors Association. Michelle has been invited to conduct seminars for the industry in Sydney Australia, Washington, USA and Christchurch New Zealand.
